Text Back Support

One Text Back account works on the website (textback.coach) and in the iOS app.

Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you within two business days.

Settings › General › Keyboard › Keyboards › Add New Keyboard › Text Back. Then tap Text Back and turn on Allow Full Access.

In any app, tap the message field and switch to Text Back with the 🌐 key. Take a screenshot of the chat first and the keyboard reads it for you.

Full Access lets the keyboard reach our servers and share your sign-in with the app. It never records what you type.

Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, or in the app under Plan & Account › Manage subscription.

New phone? Open the paywall or Plan & Account and tap Restore.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

In the iOS app: Plan & Account › Delete account. Anywhere else: email [email protected] from your account's email address.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that in Settings first.
